4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.

  • If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a lockout fee may apply.

 

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your service:

  • Notify us within 24 hours.

  • We will return to address the issue at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are issued at our discretion when a re‑clean is not possible.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and effective service, customers agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the property.

  • Secure pets, valuables, and sensitive items.

  • Disclose any hazards, special instructions, or conditions that may affect service.
